How we protect our website

• Our website should be accessed over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Staff access to our control panel is restricted to individual accounts created by an administrator, with strong passwords.
• Sign-in is temporarily locked after repeated failed attempts to block password guessing.
• Uploaded files are checked by type, and enquiry forms include spam and abuse protection.
• Access to customer enquiries is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

Protect yourself from land fraud

• Verify the title: run an official search before paying a deposit, and use an independent advocate.
• Pay only official accounts: make payments only to the company account stated in your sale agreement. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
• Confirm by phone: if you receive new or changed payment instructions, call our office on +254 701 730 267 before paying.
• Visit the land: attend a site visit or virtual tour and confirm the beacons on the ground.
• Get receipts: ask for an official receipt for every payment.
