2. Information on this website
We work to keep project details, prices, plot sizes, availability and images accurate and up to date. However, listings are provided for general information only and may change without notice. Images, maps and layout plans are illustrative.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or a binding contract. A purchase is only binding once a written sale agreement has been signed by both parties.
3. Site visits and enquiries
- Booking a site visit or submitting an enquiry does not reserve a plot or commit you to buy.
- Visit dates you request are preferences; our team will contact you to confirm the time.
- Please give accurate contact details so we can respond to you.
4. Payments
Only make payments to the official Denvers Properties account details stated in your sale agreement or confirmed by our office. We will never ask you to pay into an individual's personal account. If in doubt, call our office on +254 701 730 267 before paying.
5. Due diligence
We encourage every buyer to carry out their own due diligence, including an official search on the title and independent legal advice, before paying a deposit.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not submit false, misleading or automated enquiries.
- Do not copy or reuse our content, photos or branding without written permission.
7. Third-party links
